We have the ultimate day job

We’re constantly creating. When our directors, designers and editors aren’t busy producing commercial content for our clients, we’re making short films, music videos and experimental animations. Personal creative projects are actually mandatory (see our WF assignments).

We make stories that solve problems for our clients.

We help agencies bring their vision to life. We help companies and brands discover how to intrigue and compel consumers with live action, animation, design, or some other creative solution entirely. We do work that we’re proud of, and that makes our clients want to buy us beer.

We don’t hire anyone who hasn’t waited tables.

This work is hard, so we surround ourselves with people who are unpretentious as well as wickedly talented. We value a work ethic and an understanding of service as much as we value superb craftsmanship. Over the last decade, that’s helped us build a business where artists can thrive, win awards, make clients happy—and still eat lunch together every day.

We’re artists, working. We’re World Famous.

Of course this is one of the best places to work in Seattle, but to prove it they made a committee. The Best Places to Work in Seattle is a joint effort of Seattle Met magazine, Lake Washington Human Resource Association, Seattle Society for Human Resource Management, Downtown Seattle Association, and Best Companies Group. The survey was open to all publicly and privately held companies with at least 15 employees in the Seattle area.
