Foodie fans far and wide fell hard for Netflix’s Chef’s Table documentary series. Was it the food as art that kept them coming back? Was it over-the-top descriptions like “the tea tasted like enlightenment”? We really have no idea. However, we were reasonably confident it would be hilarious to parody this voyage into food snobbery by creating a new series featuring simple, humble, everyday foods.
The results? Jeff’s Table. We worked with food director/influencer David Ma to create a farcical series that caught the attention of brands like Eggo Waffles and Cup Noodles, who engaged with us to make episodes featuring their products. Not so shabby, Jeff.
